 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have been going to this Dental Practice since I was 5 years old...and that wasn't yesterday. Yes it has changed. The original structure is still there but the inside is very modern, especially the Dentists suites. The staff are all very welcoming...with a smile and 'Hi'. The communication is excellent, both via text and email. Phone calls are answered promptly and they are always keen to help. It is a privately owned surgery, that does both NHS and private patients. The Dentist and Dental Nurses are very professional, friendly and approachable. My wife and children; loose term for children as they are both young adults also go to Waterloo. I would without doubt recommend this Dental Practice. 5* all the way.

Do I have to join a care plan?

Not at all. You can register as a pay-as-you-go private patient with no monthly commitment. The care plans simply spread your routine care into a predictable monthly cost and add a treatment discount — they're optional.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. You can move up or down a tier, or switch to private, at any time after your 12-month minimum. Just let the practice manager know and we'll sort it from your next billing date.

What happens at my first appointment?

A full, unhurried examination with one of our clinicians — including any imaging you need. We listen to what's brought you in, assess thoroughly, and explain exactly what we find. You'll leave with a clear written plan and no obligation to proceed on the day.

Are you taking NHS patients?

We're a NHS & private, which is what lets us give every patient the time and standard of care we're known for. If you're unsure whether private care is right for you, register anyway and we'll talk it through honestly on the call.

How quickly can I be seen?

We call every new registration back the same day and will always prioritise anyone in pain. For routine first consultations we can usually offer an appointment within the same week.
