 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have been going to this Dental Practice since I was 5 years old...and that wasn't yesterday. Yes it has changed. The original structure is still there but the inside is very modern, especially the Dentists suites. The staff are all very welcoming...with a smile and 'Hi'. The communication is excellent, both via text and email. Phone calls are answered promptly and they are always keen to help. It is a privately owned surgery, that does both NHS and private patients. The Dentist and Dental Nurses are very professional, friendly and approachable. My wife and children; loose term for children as they are both young adults also go to Waterloo. I would without doubt recommend this Dental Practice. 5* all the way.
