 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have been going to this Dental Practice since I was 5 years old...and that wasn't yesterday. Yes it has changed. The original structure is still there but the inside is very modern, especially the Dentists suites. The staff are all very welcoming...with a smile and 'Hi'. The communication is excellent, both via text and email. Phone calls are answered promptly and they are always keen to help. It is a privately owned surgery, that does both NHS and private patients. The Dentist and Dental Nurses are very professional, friendly and approachable. My wife and children; loose term for children as they are both young adults also go to Waterloo. Why is there a £40 consultation fee?

Because it's a proper medical assessment, not a sales pitch. The £40 is fully redeemable against any treatment you book within 90 days — so if you proceed, the consultation effectively costs nothing.

Is it safe? Who actually treats me?

You're treated by a GDC-registered clinician in HIS-regulated rooms, using MHRA-compliant, medical-grade products. The clinician who prescribes is the one who treats you — and every product batch is traceable.

Can I be treated on the same day?
